My Journey

I've been practicing massage therapy for over 20 years, and my passion for wellness has only grown stronger. I started teaching yoga as a way to help others achieve the same sense of healing and rejuvenation that I found through my own yoga practice. My approach to yoga is grounded in an understanding of the body's anatomy and physiology, so each student can achieve maximum benefit from their practice. I believe that both massage and yoga have an incredible impact on the body and mind, and my goal is to share this gift with as many people as possible.
